Piranga Roja (Piranga Rubra):
It is a structure with an elevation of 11 meters that gives it a very special view of the tree canopies, since it is immersed in a thick forest. Three beautiful trees are harmoniously integrated into the house. It has two standard rooms, an open concept shower, a bathroom, a balcony and a terrace, from which the lushness of nature can be appreciated and the beautiful sound of the water from the Tominejo creek can be perceived.

Tángara Dorada (Golden Tanager):
It is a cabin built in wood. Its structure has an elevation of 8 meters that allows you to appreciate the beauty of the landscape from above. It has a very special design that includes 4 trees, which give it great authenticity.

On the first level there is a room with a double bed and two lofts, each with its own bed. It has a private bathroom and two balconies facing the forest.

To enter the second level, you cross a wooden bridge surrounded by Arbolocos, Sietecueros and Niguitos (Native trees). Here we find a Suite type room with private bathroom and a standard room.

The rate includes breakfast per person, in addition, outdoor hiking activities with accompaniment at no cost. We have 2 trails through the forest, each with a different degree of difficulty, passing through two water sources, one of them with a waterfall and natural pool. There is also bird watching that can be done autonomously.

We close the night with a campfire to have a space to talk and enjoy the moon and the stars.

We have a landscape telescope and table games.

Cancellation and refund policy

Considering that there may be contingencies that may affect your reservation at our hotel, we state that our intention is to agree on a solution.

Cancellations will only be accepted if they are made via email. You can cancel your reservations at any time, taking into account the following:

• Cancelling 5 days or less before the date of admission, 50% of the deposit paid on account will be charged.

• In case of not showing up at the hotel on the established day of arrival, or not reporting a total cancellation of your reservation, the charge of 100% of your stay will be taken as a penalty.

In cases where returns are requested by bank transfer, the expenses that may occur will be run at the customer's expense.

Rescheduling

We have the option of rescheduling within a maximum period of 3 months, counting from the date the reservation was made. When making this rescheduling it will not be possible to request a refund of your reservation later.

• Rescheduling must be requested by email at least 5 days before (For special cases, the case must be exposed via email).

• The dates are subject to availability and do not apply for high season (Easter and from December 15 to January 15).

• You must respect the days of the week for which it was reserved, or cancel the surplus in case the new dates chosen have a higher rate.

Non-refundable or promotional rates

Reservations made under the condition of Non-Refundable Rates or promotions, will be charged in full at the time of making the reservation. They cannot be canceled and can only be modified as long as there is availability at the hotel.

Children policy

Tominejo is a special site for children of all ages. Children under 5 years old will only have to pay the value of the food according to the table of rates. Children 6 years or older pay normal rate.

Terms and conditions

• The entry of minors without the company of their parents is not allowed and in the case of children under 12 years of age they must always remain overlooked by their parents.
• Pets are allowed with an additional cost of $50,000. They should not climb on the beds.
• Pets can be free, as long as you are responsible for possible damages.
• Speakers or music players are not allowed.
• The entry of alcoholic or hallucinogenic beverages is not allowed.

• CHECK-IN: From 15:00 PM
Only due to real force majeure you will be able to enter at 6 pm maximum, after this time it will definitely not be possible.

• CHECK-OUT: The room must be delivered at 1:00 p.m. (Due to the time it takes for the cleaning and biosecurity protocols to have it ready for the next guest), but you can stay in our facilities until 3:00 p.m.

• If the day of your departure there is no other reservation for your room, you will be able to use it until your departure.

Payment policies

Tominejo is a small company that has the collaboration and support of two farmer families, with whom we have a great commitment, it is for this reason that we ask our clients to make 100% payment before the arrival of their reservations.

Reservations are made exclusively through our payment gateway on the website www.tominejoecolodge.com and the payment channels Payu, Latam Wallet, Bank Transfer, with 100% of the cost of the reservation, which varies according to the number of nights, season and days of the week.

Food policies

In Tominejo, the kitchen is handled through the “slow food” system, which consists of making use of current crops and local inputs and some grown in their clean agriculture garden; It is a balanced and fresh menu that seeks to nurture the well-being of its visitors and is prepared with great care by the farm's work team. There is a vegetarian option, food restrictions are recorded in the reservation process to select safe menus for visitors since the Ecolodge offers a single menu at different times of the day based on our local products and visitor restrictions.

In order for the gastronomic experience of its guests to be in accordance with their expectations and that logistics allow it, the following hours are offered for the dining room service:
